Plan, recommend, develop and manage activities and systems that support Loss Prevention initiatives

Qualifications
- Represent the Loss Prevention Department in all cross-functional systems projects to eliminate or avoid loss exposures.
- Review, analyze, audit and test system processes to identify exposures of financial and/or productivity loss and affect corrections.
- Leverage reporting systems that measure results identify negative trends or loss.
- Responsible to stay current with technological developments within the industry and develop/maintain justification analysis and ROI models for management review.
- Manage LP Technology Applications like Exception Reporting, Case Management, Audit
- Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Evaluate project proposals to assess loss prevention control/exposure
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, and/or participate in staffing decisions.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.
- Conduct/support investigations as needed.
- Develop computer information resources that support loss prevention initiatives and/or increase productivity.
- Manage assigned resources to ensure timely and accurate status of projects and data administration.
- Requires 5-10 years in relevant field.
