Manager Trainee

Can you drive Sales while having Fun?

The Manager Trainee position is designed to provide a developmental path for Sales Associates. The position allows associates with a desire to get into Store Management an opportunity to learn and perform some of the fundamental job responsibilities of running a store while still allowing adequate time to focus on personal sales.

These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

?Daily operational requirements of opening/closing the store including alarms, truck inventory and cash deposits
?Manages the store and its operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
?Fosters a positive attitude and enthusiasm and to be a leader to the team. The person should model the company's commitment to service to both internal and external customers.
?Exhibits Integrity/ Tweeter Values: Always does the right thing for company, customer associate, self.
?Working with clients at our retail stores/showrooms as well as in their homes to design solutions that will meet and exceed their entertainment needs.
?Preparing tailored proposals that include everything a customer wants and needs to have their entertainment system look, feel and sound exactly as they imagined.
?Being the primary contact throughout the sales process. This entails coordinating and monitoring the delivery and installation process to ensure your customer has a smooth and hassle free experience when purchasing a system.

 



 REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
Candidates must have a proven sales track record and exhibit leadership values and a
desire to become a store manager
Customer friendly, ability to assess the customer?s needs, demonstrate the appropriate
products and close the sale.
Consultative sales experience preferred ? Strong interest in home theater entertainment
Passion for our customers and the services we provide
Responsible, professional, career-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
