We are seeking highly motivated, people-oriented individuals to train Managers In Training positions in our 3 Las Vegas locations. Successful Managers will direct the complete operation of a multi product Western & Work Wear retail facility with high standards for customer service, image, and profitability. Managers recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate store personnel. They have the ability to manage sales, merchandising and in store promotions within company guidelines, including inventory and cash management. Successful candidates will be proven leaders who demonstrate the drive to handle multiple tasks efficiently and have replaced the word ?can?t? with a positive attitude and the drive to make a difference.


Job Responsibilities:



Leads by example, supervises, coaches, delegates and successfully manages people. Takes a personal interest in our employees, customers, and suppliers. The ability to communicate clearly and frequently. Accountable for fostering a sales culture to enhance Customer Service and Store Profitability. Goal Setting empowered to think out side of the box by generating excitement and enthusiasm within your team. A personal commitment to a responsible attitude for achieving sales goals.



Required Experience:



Proven leadership skills, 2-4 years retail sales and supervisor experience, ability to drive sales in a retail service environment. A clean driving record is a must. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. AA degree or demonstrates equivalent experience.



Store Managers earn an average of $42,000 per year, and many Management Trainees become managers with bonus opportunities before 6 months, after the completion of the management program! Beginning pay is based on experience within the range of $30,000 - $37,000 per year, PLUS STORE SALES BONUSES, CONTESTS AND SPIFF INCENTIVES.
