Manager of a Jewelry Boutique

The Boutique Manager is responsible for overall management of store, staff, elevated service and merchandise. Candidate will possess leadership and sales skills, with an ability to motivate a team and drive sales.

 

Job Purpose:

To serve customers by providing merchandise; supervising staff.


Duties:

* Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

* Maintains store staff by interviewing, and training employees.

* Maintains store staff job results by coaching employees and appraising job results.

* Identifies current and future customer requirements.

* Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventory.

* Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

* Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with Corporate requirements.
