Managers (Dedham, MA)

Assistant Manager - Merchandising: Responsible for directing and controlling the customer service and merchandising functions of our Club to attain maximum profit, sales and productivity. This position is very hands on and requires at least 3 years of retail or supermarket management experience in a high-volume environment.

Overnight Merchandise Manager:  Responsible for the presentation and replenishment of merchandise in assigned locations.  This includes ensuring that merchandise is displayed, rotated and that correct signs are present, monitoring stock status and replenishing as needed, ensuring that floors and shelves are free of debris, coordinating resets, and supervising Ticketers, Merchandise Leads and Forklift Drivers.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior merchandising and forklift experience preferred.

Deli Manager: 

Responsible for  providing members with fast, courteous and friendly service throughout our Deli, Seafood and Rotisserie Chicken departments. This includes preparing and presenting merchandise in accordance with BJ?s quality and sanitation standards, managing sanitation logs, equipment cleaning checklists, writing and receiving orders, rotation of product,  maintaining the price board, taking inventories, scheduling, supervising and training Deli/Seafood Team Members and other duties as assigned.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior experience supervising Deli/Seafood or other perishable merchandise, basic computer skills and basic math skills preferred.
