Managers (Raleigh, NC)

Assistant Managers:  Responsible for directing and controlling the customer service and operations functions of our Club to attain maximum profit, sales and productivity.  This position is very hands-on and requires at least 3 years of retail or supermarket management experience in a high-volume environment.

Bakery Manager:  Responsible for managing the Bakery Department to maximize gross profits.  This includes effectively utilizing the production scheduler in the production of bakery products, merchandising and rotating bakery products, complying with sanitaiton and safety standards, addressing member questions, handling special requestgs, supervising Bakery Team Members, ordering supplies, and conducting monthly inventories.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior bakery and supervisory experience preferred.

Meat Manager:  Responsible for managing the Bakery Department to maximize gross profits.  This includes ordering and receiving, displaying and rotating meat, cheese and prepared food and seafood products, enforcing trim standards, ensuring that merchandising and rotation of products, complying with sanitation and safety standards, addressing member questions, handling special requests, maintaining meat cutting equipment, supervising Meat Department Team Members, ordering supplies and conducting monthly inventores.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior supervisory experience preferred.  Note: This position requires working in refrigerated conditions.

Overnight Merchandise Managers:  Responsible for the presentation and replenishment of merchandise in assigned locations.  This includes ensuring that merchandise is displayed, rotated and that correct signs are present, monitoring stock status and replenishing as needed, ensuring that floors nad shelves are free of debris, coordinating resets, and supervising Ticketers, Merchandise Leads and Forklift Drivers.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail are required.  Prior merchandising and forklift experience preferred.

Personnel Manager:  Responsible for executing all personnel-related activities to maintain a positive employee relations environment.  This includes recruiting and orientating new Team Members, communicating and administering all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that HR records are updated and maintained, maintaining a Team Member Communications Center, communicating HR policies, procedures and related activities, following up on and addressing Team Member issues and concerns, and supervising Personnel Clerical.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Basic computer skills and prior personnel experience required.

Receiving Inventory Control Manager:  Responsible for the receipt, disposition and accounting of inventory at the Club.  This includes ensuring that receiving paperwork for both saleable and non-saleable merchandise is processed, confirming inventory received and reconciling inventory discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of pricing and signage changes for displayed merchandise, ensuring club systems are operational at all times, supervising Receiving, DDR and Computer Room Team Members and comploying with safety and cleansliness standards within the receiving area and DDR and Computer Room.  Also responsible for assisting in the coordination of the cycle inventory process.  Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Basic computer skills and prior receiving and/or computer room experience computer room expericne preferred.

Tire Manager:  Responsible for the sales and installation of tires and propane.  This includes merchandising the sales floor, ensuring tires are installed and disposed of and propane tanks are filled per company policy, complying wiht safety and sanitation standards within the Tire Bay and Sales area, maintaining tire installation equipment, meeting sales goals and supervising Tire Department Team Members.  Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior tire installation experience preferred.
