We have an immediate openings at the RIVERCHASE GALLERIA store for a MERCHANDISE RECEIVER AND A PRICING/SIGNING ASSOCIATE.

 

MERCHANDISE RECEIVER

Provides customer service by receiving, inspecting, and accepting shipments of merchandise and supplies consigned to the facility.  Maintains a model stock of core facility support items such as bags and boxes.  Must be flexible with schedule. 

 

 

Responsibilities:
Receives shipments of incoming merchandise from the Store Support Center (SSC), UPS and Catalog shipments.
Processes SSC reverse logistics and Catalog returns.
Assists in Fine Jewelry check in process as well as transporting merchandise to and from the cash room.
Signs freight bills, manifests, or delivery receipts, and notes discrepancies or damage.
Moves cartons to staging and/or preparation area.
Assists with customer package pick-up and controls release of merchandise to carriers.
Some computer knowledge required.

 

 

PRICING & SIGNING TEAM ASSOCIATE

Our Pricing Team Associates participate in a team that administers total store signing and pricing accuracy. They are responsible for consistent implementation of Company signing and price accuracy programs at the Store level. Perform signing activities that include review of available singing, preparation of signing for Store events and price breaks, and barcode check of advertising on a scheduled basis. Responsible for price accuracy activities.  The successful candidates will have at least seven to twelve months of retail experience. This position requires the ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Be knowledgeable in Word, Excel and have basic math skills.

Hours:  Part-Time, Early Hours 

 

Responsibilities:

1.  Works with pricing team associates to perform Store signing and pricing programs.

2.  Distributes and maintains signing for store events, price breaks, and clearance.

3.  Works with First Level Management on the use of Company sign up/sign down report to ensure report is worked and signs are taken up and down on a regular scheduled basis according to the Company marketing schedule.

4.  Conducts weekly price scans.

5.  Conduct weekly price audit sampling.

6.  Performs in-department re-pricing of merchandise.

7.  Participates in training programs on Company signing and accuracy programs.

8.  Performs all store activities with regard to signing, pricing and price accuracy in a timely manner.
