Meat and Seafood Manager

 

As Meat and Seafood Manager at our Tualatin, OR store, you will provide excellent service and quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

? Oversee, maintain and provide leadership for department

? Supervise department staff

? Maintaining department financial plans

? Department HR - including selection, training, scheduling, recognition, performance reviews

? Paperwork compliance

? Monitor department including merchandising, promotional requirements, waste/shrinkage, inventory, vendor relations

? Promote continuous improvement in merchandising practices in the department

? Develop plans of action to attain ongoing improvements and successes throughout the department

 

To be successful in all aspects of this position, the selected individual will possess:

? 3 years meat/seafood department management experience required

? Ability to operate meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently

? Strong organizational and prioritization skills

? Excellent communication skills
