Mid-Level Management


The Mid-Level Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profits in the specific sales floor department(s) that they have been assigned to manage. Their duties include maintaining merchandising standards and the supervision, training and mentoring of all assigned personnel.

Self-starter with at least two year's of relevant management experience with another home center and/or mass retailer. Strong Leadership, Conflict Management and Problem-Solving skills are crucial to success in this capacity. Must be proficient in operating all applicable equipment, according to company standards. Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. An average work week is 40 hours with varying shifts.

Preferred Qualifications: High Volume Retail Management Experience
