DEPARTMENT HEAD POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

Gift Center - Apparel - Golf/Tennis  - Mountain Shop - Bikes - Watersports/Ski Hardware  Receiving - Footwear - General Athletics - Rental/Repair 

Managers are responsible for sales, general store operations, floor management, communication, monitoring customer service, merchandising, business analysis, employee relations and other various responsibilities required to run our stores. Managers will serve customers by providing excellent customer service, ensuring merchandise has been provided by knowledgeable sales staff, and maintaining company standards of operation.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Floor Management

? Promote, supervise and facilitate customer service.

? Accept 100% accountability for the 4 walls and related premises.

? Function as Manager on Duty and set the customer service example.

? Coach, Develope, and train subordinates.

STORE OPERATIONS:

? Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and store audit compliance.

? Control and communicate in-store Profit/Loss and Expense results.

? Supervise cash office and cashier procedures.

? Ensure facility and property housekeeping is up to standard.

? Act as liaison to corporate supervisors and corporate staff.

? Labor, Payroll and Scheduling


QUALIFICATIONS:

? Prefer 2+ years of retail management experience or equivilant.

? Experience in a fast paced customer service intensive environment.

? Thorough understanding of P&L components.

? Strong merchandising skills, apparel experience a plus.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

? Preferred BA Degree in Business related field.
