National Indirect Retail Account Exec- (Englewood, CO)

PURPOSE: Perform sales and sales support activities to support the achievement of Indirect Channel sales goals and targets by indirect dealer, national retail, and wholesale locations within assigned territory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive sales activity to meet/exceed assigned sales goals and targets while ensuring 100% customer (account) satisfaction.

Role-play and sell side-by-side with store-level personnel at indirect locations using programs, offers and/or promotions initiated by the account and/or Company.

Ensure such programs are implemented and displayed according to Principal?s (account?s) direction and agreement.

Provide sales assistance at indirect locations during peak promotional events, i.e. key holidays, promotions, special events, grand openings, etc. including evenings and weekends.

Provide on-site training sessions on all aspects of initial and continuing wireless education, Indirect Channel practices and procedures, competitive information/updates, and customer sales and service.

Prepare and update supporting materials as needed.

Provide sales goals to each indirect location and/or 3rd party employee in alignment with ISR and Company goals and targets, including gross and net activations, feature sales, etc.

Ensure such goals are assigned in accordance with indirect location manager and/or Principal?s (account?s) agreement. Provide follow up performance statistics to via text message, teleconference and/or face to face meetings.

Schedule and maintain frequent contact, via face to face meetings and teleconferences with indirect location managers and employees.

Provide critical market feedback to Indirect District Sales Manager regarding competitive offers and product/service needs.

Support indirect location managers and employees on a regular basis as needs of business dictates, or requested by Principal or location manager including sales meetings, manager?s meetings, and meetings with customers or prospective customers, etc.

Ensure indirect locations are merchandised properly.

Complete documentation and record-keeping as required.

Assist in resolving escalated customer issues to ensure 100% satisfaction and minimize customer churn.


QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor?s degree in related discipline preferred.
*Minimum two years experience in the wireless/telecommunications industry.
*2 ? 3 year? sales experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
*Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-resolution skills.
*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
*Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
*Solution selling experience (i.e. data applications) preferred.
*Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax.
*Valid driver?s license in the state of employment and automobile insurance; ability to travel within assigned territory.
