National Manager

In this role you will manage a team of District Managers across the US ensuring the field merchandising staff is successfully executing programs, presentation standards and managing reporting functions.  You will make sure the team has the tools they need to perform; provide coaching, training, mentoring and maintain performance standards.  As National Manager you will be responsible for managing the merchandising budget including revenues, margin and ROI.  Travel to major market areas, corporate office in Reno, NV and New York market weeks will be necessary.  Key to the job will be developing merchandising strategies by customer channel and key partners that maximize opportunities, meet customer/consumer needs and support the company?s overall objectives; consistently review and gather needed information from the markets, customers, product teams and other sources; and review measurements to insure accuracy of supporting data in regards to mapping and linear productivity by store.

 

To qualify you will have a bachelor?s degree in business, marketing or a related field; the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment; at least 5 years experience in managing staff, developing and executing processes.  You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high energy level and a positive attitude; the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines; work closely with all levels of management and sales; and proficiency in Excel and Word.
