Neutrogena Retail Store Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, well organized and energetic Store Manager at a brand new Neutrogena Skincare Center located in the San Francisco Center.

 

You must possess exceptional leadership skills working within a team environment, be well-organized, highly self-motivated, have a strong ability to train, develop and manage people. At all times, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills. In addition, you must be able to work a flexible 40- hour workweek.

 

You are responsible for all operational aspects of the store. You must be committed to continuously provide outstanding service by creating an environment that is focused on providing an experience that exceeds customer expectations. You must establish and maintain superior professional standards in the areas of sales, customer consultation, merchandising, inventory management, operations, reporting and personnel management and development. You must demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of Neutrogena.

To qualify, you?ll need:

 

? At least 3 to 5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of demonstrated success in a store management and sales position

? Proven ability to plan, set and achieve sales goals

? Strong organizational and follow-up skills

? Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

? Present a professional image and appearance, action and words

? Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations

? A willingness and ability to work flexible hours; evenings, weekdays, weekends, holidays, peak selling periods, promotions, etc.

? To be proficient in MS Word and Excel

? Previous experience in cosmetic sales preferred

 

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

 

Sales:

-  Maintain personal sales and achieve team sales goals

-  Help customers select and purchase merchandise through consultation

-  Ensure an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times

-  Effectively communicate detailed product information to our customers

 

Personnel:

-  Provide coaching and training to Skincare Center Advisors

-  Maintain a cooperative and cohesive work environment through team building and motivation

-  Schedule, manage, and maintain Skincare Center Employees

-  Ensure all actions adhere to corporate policy

 

 Non-Sales:

-  Manage and maintain inventory and orders

-  Clean counters & testers, take inventory of new stock, merchandise shelves

-  Store merchandising for special promotions

-  Reporting as required

-  Perform other duties as assigned or required
