New Business Development - Beverage Industry

Organization of joint R&D projects with major beverage customers
Development of strategies for new product positioning in the NAFTA market
Roll out of new product launches at the customers
Development and execution of customer sales strategies in alignment with the business strategy for key beverage customers

Responsible for sales, gross margin of new product developments and new accounts in the beverage industry
Works closely with other functions regionally and globally such as:
o Business Management
o Technical Service
o Industry Management
o Strategic Marketing
o R&D and Product Development
o Legal
o Accounting
o Supply Chain Management

Previous marketing or field sales experience to the major beverage / food manufacturers Project Management skills Superior communication skills Financial acumen and marketing experience Sales and business experience in Human Nutrition Market Experience in working as part of a team Entrepreneurial spirit Analytical ability and strategic orientation Undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or a MBA Second language (Spanish) a plus
