New Store Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

Support the needs of the New Store Coordination team and field prior to, during and after a relocation, remodel and expansion and new store opening. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.  Provide support to Store Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers prior to, during and after a relocation, remodel, expansion and new store opening.

2.  Update the District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers of construction date changes.

3.  Visits stores to ensure that the current processes remain simple, efficient, consistent, and organized; and in compliance with our current process. 

4.  Coordinates, orders and schedules temporary services for the stores for all brands. 

5.  Reviews current supply lists with Store Managers and District Sales Managers, and determines supply orders while being cost effective prior to each relocation, remodel and expansion and store opening while

6.  Communicates marketing needs to the Marketing Department and update them with date changes. 

7.   Consistently identifies opportunities to improve the relocation, remodel, expansion and new store opening process.

8.  Consistently available to receive, research, and respond to questions from the field via telephone, voicemail and email.

9.  Effectively communicates with store friendly language and consistently gives clear references to current policies and procedures implementing changes only when necessary and approved.

10.  Applies Best Practices across brands while maintaining each brands integrity.

11.  Maintains effective and open communication with the Store Operations team to deliver and receive pertinent information.

12.  Performs miscellaneous research, operational duties and assists in projects as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

?  Computer literacy/Graphic software knowledge ? Microsoft word, excel, power point, etc.

?  Flexibility to shift focus/priorities at a moments notice

?  Operations experience in a retail environment

?  Excellent communications and presentation skills

?  Charismatic team player who exhibits excellent ?team work? abilities.

?  Ability to be cost effective to maintain profitability
