New Store.. Store Manager, PT Management and Associates.. Don't Work The Late Hours!!

Tuesday Morning, a growing retail chain that specializes in selling deeply discounted upscale home accessories and gifts has openings in the New Store in the New Haven Market.   STORE MANAGER

In this leadership role you will have the opportunity to select, train and coach associates who will contribute to the success of the store. As a Store Manager you will be accountable for the day-to-day operation of the store which includes but is not limited to, receiving, stocking/displaying merchandise; coordination of staff and workload; inventory, cash handling, documentation, deposits, daily receipts; compiling reports; managing payroll; loss prevention; and compiling and enforcing all company policies, procedures and processes.

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (Part-time)
In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is in sole charge of the store and is accountable for its day-to-day operation of the store; Provides work direction; Assists with employee training; Interviews applicants and makes recommendations to the manager; Handles employee and customer complaints and ensure compliance of corporate directives, policies and procedures.


SENIOR STORE ASSOCIATES (Part-time):
In the Absence of the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager, must be able to manage the basics day to day operations of the store by providing great customer service, processing sales, merchandising, maintaining overall store cleanliness, loss prevention, and comply with company policies and procedures. All applicants need unlimited availability.

3rd KEY HOLDER (Part-time)
In the absence of the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager, must be able to manage the basic by providing great customer service, processing sales, merchandising, maintaining overall store cleanliness, loss prevention, and comply with company policies and procedures.

STORE ASSOCIATES (Part-time)
Provide excellent customer service, process sales, merchandising, overall store cleanliness, loss prevention, and comply with company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have strong initiative, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and a
positive commitment to customer service. At least 1 year 'RECENT' retail management experience. Must be flexible, enjoy interaction with the public, and be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs.
