We currently have a Northern Regional Operations Manager position open for the Architectural Stone Division of Luck Stone Corporation. This position will be based in our Northern Territory and be responsible for a geographic area from Sterling, Va to Columbia, MD.

The Regional Operations Manager - position responsibilities include; supervision and leadership of 4 separate contractor / fulfillment yards with direct supervision of 2-5 direct reports and 30 -75 indirect reports (varies by region).

It is also responsible for assisting with setting divisional goals, priorities and strategy implementation necessary to accomplish the Division Mission and Vision. Some responsibilities may have or include divisional impact.

Additionally, this position works closely with Outside Sales, and local / Regional Creation Management functions to ensure the successful maintenance and growth of customer accounts while preserving and extending the Luck Stone brand.

The ideal candidate will have successful multi-unit, retail supply chain management experience and knowledge in running operations that require ordering, receiving, storage, packing or production, and delivery of over 300 lines of product which are distributed through multi-state area (geographic responsibility can vary by region).

Minimum Requirements:
Education: BA or BS and 5 years industry experience or 10 years equivalent work experience.
