Operations (Key) Supervisor

This position will assist the management team in effectively driving sales and store operations. In this position you would be responsible for working with the store team in sales execution and must exhibit excellent customer service and sales focus. The Operations Supervisor will share in the opening and closing store responsibilities and will act as a partner with the store management team providing excellent customer service and support for our sales associates. You will be responsible for cash balancing and paperwork along with continued training to all associates for new POS functions and programs.

Effectively direct the work of others in a supportive manner.
Work a variety of day/evening shifts as needed, including weekend; broad availability.
Ability to take leadership role in training and coaching team members on skills needed to positively impact sales and/or cash management.
Perform cash pulls, and make change orders and deposits in accordance with established policies.
Monitor and address Bad Debt issues with front end.
Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of all new hire processes including paperwork and computer entry. Ensure all personnel files are current, complete, and maintained.
Ensure that merchandise displays in the front-end area are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor the store's operational reports to identify opportunities for improved store execution.
Able to use electronic communication device during all working hours requiring a headset or a device on/in the ear.
Provide assistance in all areas of the store based on business needs.
