Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees all operational functions including administration, customer service, shipping and receiving and merchandise in addition to working with security services to oversee security functions in the branch. Manage and maintain the store facility and Information Technology (IT) initiatives and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store. Ensure that our tradition of quality service is maintained through the highest levels of customer service standards. Maintain operational support systems including Merchandise Information Processing System (MIPS), attendance and inventory systems. This individual will support the attainment of store goals by managing expenses and partnering with a 3 person management team to educate and train new and existing employees in strategic selling, certification and policies and procedures. Maintain appropriate presence in the operations area to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and ensure the completion of performance management for each operations employee.

Required Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a customer service focused or retail environment is required. A college degree or equivalent work experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as the ability to work non-traditional work hours are essential. The ideal candidate will have proven results in overseeing operations in a fast paced environment and the ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both internally and externally.
