Weekends Only Furniture is looking for energetic Full Time & Part Time Operational Team Leaders for our NEW Mid-Rivers location in

St. Peters. 

 

Must have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, be detail-oriented, previous warehouse experience a plus

 

 

Responsibilities include:Cross-train in all operational procedures related to order fulfillment by the storeDirect team members and store associates working with the team cross-functionally, to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goalsMonitor progress of associates and the team, and provide timely feedback to them, to acknowledge good behaviours & results, and coach for improvementDocument team member performance, and report these to the managerAbide by all safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so, to create a safe work environment and an injury free workplace

 

 

We are also currently hiring for Full-time and Part-time Material Movers.  warehouse experience preferrred but not requiredFT Schedule working Tue-Sat, $9.00/hrPT Schedule working Fri-Sun (10-15 hours minimum), $8.00/hr
