Overnight Stocking Crew Leader - Bakersfield

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A FULL-TIME OVERNIGHT STOCKING CREW LEADER!!



Responsible for managing all incoming orders and ensuring that those orders have been correctly accounted for and warehoused. Establishes and maintains all approved receiving processes, and will ensure that all received merchandise scans correctly in the system before being displayed on the sales floor. Responsible for operating a secure and orderly warehouse, and for maintaining an environment that supports the efficient, organized flow of product to the sales floor. Processes all returns in a timely manner, maximizes profit opportunities by minimizing shrink, and demonstrates and supports accepted warehouse safety practices and standards. Provides reporting and auditing information as needed, and will maintain a thorough knowledge of warehouse processes.

? Receives and checks in merchandise deliveries

? Sorts orders by aisle for stock crew

? Processes all invoices and EDI payments and receives deliveries in system

? Maintains a secure, clean and organized back room and dock area

? Verifies shipments to purchase orders

? Forwards all non-scanning merchandise to File Maintenance Coordinator

? Prepares back room for inventory

? Reconciles APIL payments

? Processes RAMP on a weekly basis

? Manages DSD (Direct Store Deliveries) vendors

? Maintains all material handling equipment in working order

? Orders all store supply items



Must have previous stocking experience, able to check in and verify direct store deliveries and warehouse deliveries.
