PLANNING MANAGER

Qualifications include:

? Minimum of 5 years senior level planning experience including 2 years supervisory in a high volume retail environment

? Excellent computer skills; Arthur & JDA highly preferred

? Excellent leadership skills to train and mentor planning staff

? Strong strategic and analytical abilities

 

The Planning Manager will provide leadership and coaching to the Charlotte Russe planning team; develop and manage divisional preseason and in season Top Down financial plans and forecasts in alignment with assortment strategies; initiate risk assessments and opportunity analysis to drive revenue and margin with analysis of sales, markdowns, and margin; monitor/correct store inventory and markdown levels that are out of balance and develop appropriate inventory, assortments and flow adjustments to drive business for stores.
