We seek dedicated and successful candidates for our STAFFORD, VA. store for :
-PRESENTATION MANAGER
(Minimum requirements: 3-5+ years retail management experience with STRONG merchandising, shipping/receiving, planogram, inventory-cycle count, data integrity experience preferably big box)
As the Presentation Manager, your primary responsibility will be the overall appearance of the store. It will be your responsibility to ensure product is on the floor in a timely manner. You?ll also be working with the entire management team to make sure associates are properly trained and developed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensuring the health and safety of the pets in our care
- Develop your team: Coaching, Training, Performance Reviews, etc.
- Ensure Positive Customer Experience
- Process freight in a timely manner including receiving of live pets
- Maintain ?Merchandising Standards? - Responsible for all pricing integrity programs, monthly sign packages and planners
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CANDIDATES:
* Successful experience in similar retail management role applying for
* A passion for pets & people to provide the BEST customer service
* A solid track record in recruiting, developing, motivating & leading a diverse
team to success
* Ability to drive sales, profitability and business goals
