If you want to be part of a dynamic growing company, then come join our team!  We are currently seeking Part-Time Apparel Retail Sales Associates to work in our Coral Gables and South Beach, FL Equinox shops.

As an Apparel Retail Sales Associate, you will interact with members and provide exceptional service to all members, potential members, and guests to help maximize sales and ensure that each customer has a positive shopping experience. You will interact will all business functions at the club level, including Front Desk Associates, Spa Staff, Personal Trainers, and Membership Advisors. Key responsibilities include: handling all returns/exchanges, informing the customer about the quality, style, fabric and fit of the merchandise, achieving monthly sales goals, and keeping the shop neat, clean and organized.

To qualify, you must possess experience in a customer service business, preferably apparel retail sales. You must be enthusiastic, energetic, personable, hardworking and diligent with excellent time management, organization, communication, problem solving and follow-up skills. You must also be computer literate and able to utilize new techniques and ideas.
