Part-timeSales Support Representative-Floor Coordinator,Vero Beach

Greets customers within 10 feet 10 seconds. Responsible for Sign-in sheet. Ability to move traffic to accomplish minimum wait times on the store. Provides efficient service to customers, Responsible for providing service and product information to customers. Answers inbound calls and assists sales representatives. Processes paperwork and performs other duties as assigned by management.

GENERAL DUTIES

The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:

GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:

1.Act as a liaison between customers and Sales Team.
2.Engage customer in fact finding questions to quickly and efficiently move them to the appropriate sales or support representative. Recognize customer problems and resolve to customer satisfaction directly or engage appropriate support personnel.
3.Develop and maintain knowledge of wireless services and equipment.


QUALIFICATIONS

?Specific job assignments may require day, evening, and weekend or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required.
?Must maintain a valid driver?s license with satisfactory driving record.
?High School education or equivalent
?Minimum 1 year experience in a sales organization.
?Computer efficiency in Microsoft or similar products (Excel and Word).
?Bilingual preferred
?Possess positive and friendly attitude and have an outgoing personality
?Ability to be on the feet for the entire duration of tour
?Ability to lift 25 pounds
