Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator preferably with a proven track record of ordering and issuing replacement and upgrade service parts for computer and peripheral equipment.  The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, software, and components.  Maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the store is critical in this position.

Qualified applicants will have at least one year related experience and/or training. As a part of the Customer Service team, communicating information effectively to both customers and employees is crucial.  The ability to write routine reports and correspondence is required.  Ideal candidates will detail oriented and feel comfortable performing administrative duties.  A solid working knowledge of current technology and equipment is required.
