Pet Hospital Promoter

Kelly Services is recruiting for a part time candidate to work for a local pet store in Natomas.

 Friday & Saturdays: 11-4pm. Position is temporary through October.
The Employee will be walking around a PetSmart store and introduce Banfield, The Pet Hospital to potential Pet Owners using coupons/incentives to attract interest.

** JOB DUTIES **
-Report to designated Banfield, The Pet Hospital representative.
-Training for the position will occur on the first day at the work location.  Employee will watch four orientation videos and will receive on-the-job training.
-Employee will be given a temperament test on the first day of the assignment.  This test is not used to disqualify the employee from the assignment.
-Actively educate Pet Owners, via face-to-face selling, about the benefits of Banfield, The Pet Hospital.
-Distribute coupons/incentives to Pet Owners (If animal treats are to be given out, Employee can only give these to the Pet Owner not directly to the animal)
-Providing tours of the Pet Hospital if the Pet Owner is interested.



** SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS **
-Sales Promotion experience is beneficial
-Friendly, courteous and commitment to service
-Ability to approach and communicate with Pet Owners
-Employee should be comfortable in working in an environment where there are a variety of animals.  Employees are not to interact or touch animals as part of this position.
