Managers Responsibilities:

? Achieve salon goals while creating strategies to grow customer base

? Recruit, hire, and train salon team members

? Ensure team members achieve monthly and daily sales goals

? Provide superior customer service

? Create marketing plans on an ongoing basis

? Conduct weekly staff meetings

? Track inventory 

 

Qualifications:Team player with good organizational skills Excellent personal work habits and time management Strong communication and leadership skills Must have sales, marketing, and management experience Able to relate to clients on all levels self-motivated, ambitious Ability to train salon teams
