**The Planners main function is to build merchandise assortment and allocation strategies that generate high sales, profit and inventory turnover. Planning is accountable for the development, coordination, and review of the product assortment by door as well as the financial planning, allocation, and inventory management for their product category.


This individual must be well organized, an excellent communicator, and able to manage and train his or her team to foster a high level of individual growth and contribution. Qualifications include 3-5 years work experience in retail planning, buying or merchandising. Seeking individuals with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Advanced business knowledge of retail and merchandising concepts preferred. Bachelors' degree in retail, marketing or finance required.


**The Retail Allocator position is responsible for allocating multiple categories to multiple store locations while working with both the planner and the buyer. This person will ensure that each location has the right product at the right time. Allocation responsibilities will also include preparing and analyzing weekly inventory reports and maintaining new store inventory reports. Must think analytically and strategically.
