Planning Analyst - Part-Time temporary work for a well known retail corporation!!!

General Assignment Description:
Basic work with the company's planning system (Retek).
Basic data retrieval in data system (MARS) via web interface.
Creative storyboard assembly and sample management.
Weekly store calls and reporting.
Invoice reconciliation.

 

Skills required:
Analytical, fast learner, articulate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience/knowledge of retail a MUST.
Retail planning background preferred
Highly organized and efficient; detail oriented.
At least 1 year of analytical work experience.

 

This assignment is part-time (16-30hrs per week), located in San Francisco, offering pay rate $18.00-19.00/hr.

?  Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas

?  Attending meetings and providing summaries

?  Composing memos and correspondence

?  Maintaining executive calendars

?  Managing itineraries and making travel arrangements

?  Creating reports and researching background material

?  Special projects as needed

?  Developing presentations and working on special projects as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications Include:

?  Basic computer skills, including all Microsoft applications

?  Time management abilities

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?  Attention to detail, with strong follow-through

?  Proactive problem resolution skills

?  Performs with a sense of urgency in completing tasks

?  Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
