ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER ? San Jose Location

This position assists the General Store Manager in supervising all store operations. They are responsible for sales goals, general store operations, floor management, staff schedules and payroll preparation, monitoring customer service, merchandising, business analysis, and other various responsibilities.

 
2 to 5 years of management experience.
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
Experience in training, managing, and leading personnel.
College degree preferred.
