Produce Professionals

Roundy?s Supermarkets, Inc. is looking to establish its produce procurement department in the heart of Chicago?s Produce District to procure the highest quality products for our retail customers.  We are looking to build a produce team with many levels of professionals from those with retail produce management hands on knowledge to senior buying roles with the ability to follow the market trends and determine future buying impacts.

Responsibilities depend on position Produce Analysts and Produce Category Managers.  Must have the ability and/or aptitude to analyze category performance and develop recommendations to grow category market share.  Responsible for evaluating implementation, compliance and results of category development plans.  Must build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
