JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Provide administrative and sales support to the Product Development Vice President

- Receive, process and coordinate the prompt shipping and receipt of product samples, catalogs

UPC lists, product pricing and specs to key account buyers

- Set-up and sell at Trade shows

- Professionally represent company at trade shows

- Maintain set-up packs by preparing and sending all vendor forms, coordinate insurance

certificates (if applicable), update and maintain ACT database

- Maintain files for all customer and rep correspondence

- Handle ongoing sample, prototype and sales material mailings for Vice President

- Serve as the in-house 'go to' person when Vice President is traveling

QUALIFICATIONS



Understanding the customer, Customer Service, Customer Focus, Exceptional organizational and

communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Illustrator and Outlook, Market knowledge,

Ability to prioritize workflows, Multi-task, Professionalism and Teamwork.
