Educational Requirements: High School diploma, College degree preferred.
Description: Sports and gaming business in New Jersey is currently seeking a Product Manager to develop, maintain and improve new and existing products, in addition to the sourcing and negotiation of costs for these products.

Duties include:

1.)  Develop new products for existing lines and expand upon current product categories in order to enhance the company?s financial growth

2.)  Negotiate product costs and terms with new and existing suppliers and propose sales prices

3.)  Monitor product quality control and write product and packaging specifications

4.)  Work with the Graphics Service Manager on catalogue production and with sales team on some accounts in order to monitor customer trends

Requirements:

1.)  Good computer skills in programs such as Excel and PowerPoint

2.)  Ability to meet product category sales and margin requirements

3.)  At least 3-5 years work experience in CPG, marketing, product development and product management particularly in a sporting goods or gaming industry

4.)  Experience developing products with Asia, preferably sporting goods

5.)  Strong presentation skills with an ability to present dynamic new merchandise to key customers

6.)  Highly organized with an ability to manage and maintain product specifications, packaging and directions

7.)  College degree a plus

Educational Requirements: High School diploma, some college.
Description: Sports and gaming business in New Jersey is currently seeking an Assistant Product Manager to assist the Senior Product Manager in the designing, development and marketing of company products.

Duties include:

1.)  Maintain product specifications, cost and pricing

2.)  Market analysis and product line development assistance

3.)  Monitor item sales in vendor?s establishments

4.)  Participate in new and existing package development

5.)  Communicate with licensors to obtain product approval

6.)  Work with sales team in the direction of new products and packaging materials

Requirements:

1.)  Good computer skills in programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes; knowledge of Apprise a plus

2.)  Strong analytical, scheduling and presentation skills

3.)  At least 2-4 years work experience in CPG, marketing, product development and product management with Asia; preferably in the sporting goods or gaming industry

4.)  Some college experience and an understanding of competitive brand positioning
