Job Duties:

 As the Customer Care Center Product Training Specialist, you are responsible for conducting all CCC product training classes, seminars, product events.Conduct monthly showroom training seminars as well as individual customer training seminarsCoordinate with Mill reps and the Marketing Department, as appropriateInterface with Mill partners & assist them in setting up product displays as needed.Set up SanMar product displays.Able to fully explain features, benefits and dialog regarding any product.Fully aware of who are our competitors. Ability to explain the usage, benefits & features & dialogue of each marketing tool.Coordinate with Sales Dept, Pricing, Purchasing, Buyers, Marketing, CCC Project Mgr.Arrange classroom time, maintain accuracy of all product training manuals, prepare materials for classes and continually evaluate ways to improve the existing program. Ensure that correct guidelines, policies and procedures are being trained.Ensure all expectations of individuals are met. When classes are not in session, be available on the call center floor to assist reps in product questions. Seek input and gather information from management in order to identify ongoing training needs for all call center staff. Continually find ways to motivate reps and get them excited about SanMar products and marketing tools Develop and offer follow up training.Take Sales and Customer Service calls when needed. Conduct product contests within the CCC.Offer innovative teaching alternativesPromote participation from all studentsBuild relationships with other DepartmentsOffer constructive feedback to all studentsContinue to evolve and develop Product and Marketing Tools presentationsCross train in all subject platforms offered by Training
