Job Purpose: Meets production requirements by organizing work; resolving operational problems; developing staff.
Edible Arrangements seeks energetic, motivated person to manage daily production of orders. This job entails fruit basket creation to assisting in managing the store. Perfect for someone that is hands on and is production line oriented. No experience needed.
Duties:
Organizes work by monitoring daily orders and production plan requirements. Obtains materials and supplies by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues; work with technical support. Meets production requirements by following and enforcing productivity, quality, cost, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems. Improves quality results by identifying process improvement opportunities; implementing changes. Develops human resources by orienting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees; enforcing human resource policies and procedures. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Accomplishes production and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Closed on Sundays Compensation: $25,000 with bonus potential
