The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time, on-budget, follow through and quality completion of all assigned guest projects to meet and exceed guest expectations. Accountability (this person is held accountable for): Guest satisfaction, gross profit on the project, project management, contractor management and post-completion resolutions.

Qualifications
-Explains to the guest The Great Indoors installation service
-Accompanies the designer on initial in-home consultation
-Completes the initial project site assessment and as-built drawing
-Understands and discusses the scope of work and conveys the correct expectations to the guest
-Works with the designer to develop a complete scope of work using available The Great Indoors' systems and tools
-Provides labor estimate, scope of work and price for envisioned guest project to designer
-Verify the final design, materials list and price of product and installation services with the designer and design technician, as appropriate
-Works with the designer, guest, and contractors to coordinate a labor bid meeting, if necessary
-Works with the designer to present the completed design and bundled project price to the guest within 35 days of the retainer collection
-Assume accountability and ownership of each project upon close of contract
-Be the SPOC (single-point-of-contact) for the guest from sale to completion
-Knows and understands all project-related paper work: plans, scope, specifications, and change orders
-Keeps the guest informed throughout the installation process
-Works with project expediter for delivery and scheduling of all products before and during the installation
-Establishes contractor work procedures at the job-site
-Be the primary coordinator for all contractors, resolve layout problems, ensure quality workmanship by inspecting their work and making sure all permits are pulled as required
-Be the primary coordinator for all other trades
-Review sub-contractor invoices and approve payments
-Ensures all projects are lead paint and other regulation compliant
-Protects guest property: dust and dirt isolation, clean up daily
-Handles all change orders including securing payment for all additional charges
-Identify discrepancies and work with the designer to meet and exceed guest's expectations
-Create final punch lists for job completion
-Obtain completion certificate signed by the guest and ensure that the guest is completely satisfied
-Complete project on schedule, on budget with good quality while meeting and exceeding the guest's expectations
-Responsible for all service calls involving work done by The Great Indoors during the warranty period
-Adheres to The Great Indoors' code of ethics
-Always represent The Great Indoors by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
-Exhibit sense of ownership and empowerment
-Miscellaneous duties as required by management
-Prior residential remodel experience
Construction/remodeling project management
