PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for planning, organizing and executing a range of technical and Quality Assurance services and initiatives to ensure the level of product quality for Owned Brand food products in the retail marketplace is consistent with consumer expectations and product specifications. This position will assist the Manager, Owned Brand Foods QA to coordinate and execute activities, evaluate product quality and analyze data and prepare reports. Depending on the program or project, this position will either lead the initiative or assist others on the team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, coordinate and execute the activities associated with conducting the marketplace product quality specification compliance audit program.

2. Work directly with vendors to ensure that corrective actions are taken to prevent a reoccurrence of reported product quality issues.

3. Leads or assists with scheduling and conducting the cross-functional review and approval of first production product approval.

4. Assists with the analysis of data and the preparation of product quality evaluation reports.

5. Lead or assists with the special product quality improvement projects.
