The Regional Visual Manager (RVM) reports directly into the Visual Merchandising Director.  The RVM is responsible for maintaining the BCBG brand image throughout the assigned region through visual merchandising, assuring brand consistency and visual merchandising standards.  The RVM works with BCBG District Managers, and Store Managers within those districts, in order to assure proper visual standards as a tool to build business, meet & exceed sales goals, and ensure consistency in BCBG Retail, Factory and Partner Shops.

 

Primary Responsibilities:The RVM is responsible for the communication of all visual directives from BCBG corporate to all District Managers & Store managers.

? Oversee visual presentation within region assigned.Conduct routine Store Visits within the assigned region.

? Compile Visual Recaps after each store visit.Devote particular attention to Flagship & Arch Store locations within metropolitan areas.Tests visual Merchandising techniques only in one store within the region to assure that new visual displays are fed back to corporate.Train store management and staff on visual presentation standardsFacilitate Visual Merchandising Workshops for assigned districtsPartner with Retail Operations on Store Openings, Relocations, or Closures for BCBG Retail, Factory and Partner Shops.Recap visual merchandising trends among competitorsPartner with Visual Merchandising Director & visual corporate office on ?special projects?60+% Travel required.

 

Qualifications6 to 8 years of retail experience 2 to 3 years of management experience 4 to 6 years of Visual merchandising experience in a specialty/fashion retail brand.

? 2 years visual management training experienceFull understanding of brand integrity.Advanced communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of Field & Corporate managementComputer skills: use of digital camera and Photo Shop software, formatting directives on MS Publisher, all MS Office applications.
