RETAIL COUNTRY MANAGER

Responding to the requirements of Executive Management at Headquarters, you will work to achieve the business objectives for The United States.

You will be responsible for the profitability of the business units, follow up the constant evolution of the stores (sales, P&L, stock control, etc.) and be in contact with the team of area managers and store managers. You will work for the optimization of logistical and importation procedures in coordination with Headquarters, develop marketing programs in coordination with the company?s global strategy, create business initiatives in order to surpass set objectives and hold the position of privileged liaison with franchisees.

We are looking for a person with a professional career within retail or major distribution and experience working within a multinational company, in the management of one or several business centres and in the setting-up of short and medium-term business plans. Excellent knowledge of the market and a strategic vision of business is required. Experience within the fashion retail sector will be valued. It is necessary to possess a degree in Administration and Business Management (or similar). We are searching for a multi-talented person, with a focus on results and excellent communication skills.
