RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER

totes?Isotoner, is a well-known international marketer of quality consumer goods. Our Retail Division, as an integral part of our corporate structure, Is comprised of over 100 stores located in retail outlet malls throughout the continental United States, specializing in the sale of consumer goods and sunglass products.

 

 We are currently searching for a self-starter who enjoys the challenges of leading a group of stores to their maximum potential. Working out of your Dallas  based home, you would be responsible for approximately 11 totes?Isotoner stores, located in Texas, Louisiana an Missouri.

 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position requires 5+ years of success in retail management, experience in managing multiple stores and the ability to relocate. You should have strong organizational, communication, leadership and PC skills.  Responsibilities include leading your stores to make sales plan, control payroll expenses, control shrink, recruiting and developing high quality personnel, and enforcement of policies and procedures. This position requires overnight travel (mileage paid) with one home-based office day each week.
