RETAIL MANAGEMENT

Our Retail Division, an integral part of totes Isotoner, is comprised of over 100 stores located in retail outlet malls throughout the continental United States, specializing in the sale of consumer goods and sunglass products. We currently are searching for the following positions located in Shreveport, LA:

 

DISTRICT MANAGER - a self-starter who enjoys the challenges of leading a group of stores to their maximum potential. Working out of your Shreveport based home, you would be responsible for approximately 10 totes?Isotoner stores, located in Louisiana, Texas, Missouri and Arkansas.

 

Reporting to a Sr. District Manager, this position requires:

? 5+ years of success in retail management

? Experience in managing multiple stores and the ability to relocate.

? Strong organizational, communication, leadership and PC skills.

 

Responsibilities include leading your stores to make sales plan, control payroll expenses, control shrink, recruiting and developing high quality personnel, and enforcement of policies and procedures. This position requires overnight travel (mileage paid) with one home-based office day each week.

 

STORE MANAGER ?  Responsible for maximizing store profitability, executes strategies to achieve sales, customer service and operational goals.  Duties include:

? Working with sales associates and district management to assure the attainment of customer service goals

? Developing staffing schedules and personal best objectives for sales associates and self, to attain agreed upon sales levels

? Providing backup and promotion of sales, as needed, to support operation goals

? Monitoring overall effectiveness of performance to plans; adjust accordingly to optimize sales/service production

? Assuring implementation, administration and compliance to all field/home office operation policies and procedures. 

? Monitoring merchandise set up, planning and control; identifying feedback regarding merchandise setup; planning and control

 

Qualified candidates must have proven success (1-2 years) in retail management, good communication, organizational and leadership skills, and want to work as a member of a team. Sunglass experience is a plus.
