RETAIL SALES / WIRELESS

metroPCS is currently seeking Retail Area Managers, Retail Store Managers and Retail Senior Sales Associates:  Port St. Lucie, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach.

 

Area Manager

 

A minimum of 3-5 years management experience overseeing multiple locations is required.  Candidate with wirless experience is stongly preferred.  Provide management, measuring and monitoring of all sales and non-sales duties, direction and motivation to store employee team to build a positive sales and service environment.  Responsible for the performance and accounting measures to run a successful business by providing ongoing coaching and developement to ensure the retail stores in your area are meeting and/or exceeding company goals.  Work closely with the VP of Retail Operations and Director Sales to ensure proper steps are being taken for company growth.  Work with Human Resources to ensure personnel issues are resolved accoriding to company policy and procedures.

 

Store Manager

 

A minimum of 2-3 years management experience is required in a retail environment; wireless preferred.  Will be responsible for overall store operations, sales quotas, inventory control, cash management, HR issues and interviewing. Successful candidate will be a self starter with excellent interpersonal/customer service skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, excellent computer skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Senior Sales Associate

 

A minimum of 1 year retail or customer service experience, preferably in a wireless or high transaction environment. Cash handling experience is also preferred.  Successful candidate will be a self starter with excellent interpersonal/customer service skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, excellent computer skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Explain and demonstrate our products, services, features and benefits relating to the customers needs.  Troubleshoot customer service questions to help resolve customer problems/concerns.

Prior experience with training new hires and open/closing a store is required.  Good job history is required.
