Responsibilities and Requirements

Reporting to the Retail District Manager, we are seeking an experienced retail manager who will team with store personnel to deliver outstanding customer service and to achieve planned sales and profit goals.??? The store manager must have a positive track record of retail management operations to include merchandising, inventory control, sales and personnel development and training.? Previous experience in interior design and the home furnishings industry is a plus.????

It is extremely important that this individual have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and develop a strong, customer centric sales and service staff.??? This opportunity will require a customer focused individual who will build a long-term partnership/relationship in meeting the needs of their customers-the home owner and local interior designers.? We are seeking a creative, high energy, hands-on leader that others will want to follow because of the results she produces and the way the results are produced.? The Retail Store Manager must be a good problem solver and a hands-on go-getter with a no non-sense, get-down-to-business quickly and cut-to-the-bottom-line person who has the interpersonal skills to make positive things happen.
