Store Leadership

Take the lead. As a member of the Leadership Team, you'll make sure Target guests get a great shopping experience with every visit. Plus, you'll motivate and inspire store team members to consistently deliver their best.


Purpose

As an Executive Team Leader - Logistics, you'll ensure Target merchandise is replenished promptly and accurately, so our guests receive the outstanding selection they expect.

Managing receiving processes, freight flow and replenishment transition, productivity results and backroom inventory
Supervising your store teams to ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire operation

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

4-year college degree
Two or more years of retail merchandising and operations management experience
Supervisor level experience
Ability to operate store computer and electronic systems
Ability to read and understand labels, instructions, reports, policies and procedures
Proven conflict management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
