Receptionist

This is a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Position in a Tile & Stone Company located in Oakland, Ca.

Job Definition will be as follows;

-Assist all incoming and outgoing phone calls


-Answer phones in a proffessional and courteous manner


-Route incoming calls to related departments or employees


-Retrieve messages from voice mail box and ditribute them accordingly


-Greet clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner


-Assist with word processing, data entry, filing and other office realted duties


-Filing documents and archiving


-Ensure looby, frontdesk and showroom are neat and professional in appearance.





Qualifications





-Professional communication skills


-Patient, flexible and strong willingness to learn


-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills must


-Fluency in Spanish is a plus


-Computer knowledge (word, excell etc.)
