Region Manager

Seeking dynamic, experienced and hard working Region Managers for a growing military retail business with operations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.  Positions available in Florida (1), California/Washington (1), New England area (1), and the Corporate Office in Chesapeake, VA (3).  Responsible for region sales, expense control, planning, budgeting and P & L.  Must be a strong leader and excellent team builder.  Requires extensive travel in region geographical area.  Outstanding benefit package available.  Salary negotiable.  EEO employer. 

 

Qualifications Required:

? Degree in Business or related field

? 10 years relevant, progressive retail management experience

? Computer literate and possess working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

 

 

COMPANY SYNOPSIS:

 

The Coast Guard Exchange system is a Nonappropriated Fund Activity of the U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security.  The exchange system operates retail stores in approximately 60 locations throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  These activities range from retail and convenience stores, gas stations and vending operations.  An Outstanding Benefit Package is available; including shopping privileges at all military exchange retail stores.
