Regional Director

FUNCTION 

The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing field operations through successful management of the District Managers in the field.   You'll work closely with District Managers to implement medical and marketing strategies, introduce new products and address other business issues. Serve as the main communicator to Corporate Operations to ensure the success of multiple family medical centers located across the U.S. 

 

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS 

 

The Regional Director will report to the Vice President of Operations.  This position will have multiple District Managers as direct reports.

 

     

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee a group of eight to ten medical centers by working with District Managers to develop, update and execute effective business plans including budgets, transaction counts, medical protocols etc. Monitor all aspects of center operations, providing advice, coaching and providing assistance to District Managers.  Promote efficiency to maximize medical center profitability.  Ensure key processes are in place and followed including staff evaluations and P&L data analysis.

 

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in related field with five to ten year?s management experience preferably in a retail environment.  Minimum of three years of multi-unit management experience. Sales and strong customer service background preferred Ability to travel on a regular basis within region.  Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills. Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
