Regional/Distric Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Viable candidates must have proven ability to successfully a manage multi-unit operation and be able to travel throughout the territory as required.

DISTRICT MANAGER

As a District Manager, you will have direct and total responsibility for assigned stores, including: profit and loss, personnel, staffing, training, safety, loss prevention, merchandising, budgeting and sales. Accountable for stores' operations, execution of corporate directives and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Candidates 'MUST' possess:

-At least five years of multi-store retail management experience and 3 years retail store management experience

-Exceptional Organizational skills

-Flexibility

-Analytical skills

-The ability to aggressively monitor and implement all corporate goals and directives

-Ability to travel overnight

-Previous P&L experience and responsibility

-Training skills

-Risk management experience

-Customer service
