Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and training of Districts and field personnel as it related to any company-wide training initiative. Assist with hands on recruitment as needed within the Region, especially with Store Manager openings. Works in a collaborative effort with the Regional Manager, District Sales Managers, Operations Department and Asset Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for interviewing and assessment of store management candidates. Work with DSM/RM to understand the required skills for each opening.

Assess developmental needs and identify training opportunities as well as facilitate company training programs for skill enhancement in order to ensure that training and development programs are delivered consistently.

Develop recruiting strategies and staffing plans for store management positions within the region. Focus on training others in recruitment skills and assist with hands-on recruitment as needed within the region.

Partner with Regional and District Sales Managers on other HR issues as needed with direction from Director of Field Human Resources.

Ensure consistency of corporate culture and store standards within the Region.

Ensure the strict adherence to employment law/equal opportunity guidelines and regulations, local as well as federal guidelines within the Region.

Provide guidance and recommendations to Home Office as well as field and store personnel on issues such as staffing and recruitment, employment law, salary administration and current company policy.

Manage Human Resources processes that support the overall business objectives.REQUIREMENTSEducation and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Human Resource systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
